High-level integration and cost saving trend in the electric manufacturing field with technology development have caused the difficulty in recycling of electric appliances as well as the difficulty in lead (Pb) separation from the PCB wastes.
With the trends of controlling environmental pollution, that leads to global regulations on lead (Pb) use in the electronic industries.
Ecojoin Co., Ltd. was established on Sep.25, 2001 by members of the Korea Institute of Technology with the know-how and R&D experiences in various fields on environment-friendly joining technology, to be a specialized company in SMT materials development and manufacturing.
For the first time in Korea, we have developed environment-friendly solder products with Pb-free, nontoxic, no need of cleaning, and no-odor through our own efforts and technology.
Our R&D and manufacturing efforts are expanded to commercialize high quality solders that are applicable to fine-pitch and multi-pin mount to pre-occupy Pb-free solder market and, in the end, to contribute to the development of electronics industry.
We, Ecojoin Co., Ltd., possess five patents pended on alloy composition of Pb-free solder and Pb-free solder cream. We are also growing as a specialized Pb-free SMT total solution provider through co-development with end users and networking with overseas and domestic developers and manufacturers.
Again, many thanks for visiting Ecojoin Co., Ltd.
